the staff was super friendly. they spoke excellent english. i had a beautiful beach room (i really enjoyed it). i could open the curtains and look onto the beach across the pool.
the furniture is a bit old style. you won't find modern furniture here. the water pressure was low, so filling the bath tub took hours. the breakfast didn't have a lot of options.

the staff were helpful. the pool area had plenty of shaded spots! a breakfast buffet offered croissants and pastries. the hotel is a short walk to the center of lamai where you can find shops and restaurants, though the main street is far away, so it's quiet.
my room had a slight sewer smell in the bathroom at times!

the location is GREAT on the beach. i LOVED the cleanliness and BEAUTIFUL gardens. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options.
the furniture IS old. i did NOT like the artificial grass by the pool. The shower no longer has water. The air conditioners are very noisy.

The location was ideal with a short walk to the lively part of town. I found the quiet setting quite appealing. I had a beachfront room, and it offered a great view. The beach was conveniently located right in front of the resort. I found the resort to be a lovely destination overall.
I encountered a slight issue with the room's outdated decor. The bathroom had a noticeable sewer smell consistently. This aspect detracted a bit from my overall experience.

The staff was very accommodating, providing assistance with moped rentals and offering helpful tips about local attractions and the best routes to take. The personnel were very cute and had a great attitude. They helped to. I found this really appealing.

The beachfront villa greatly was great with its private pool and fantastic sea views. The resort is located on the quieter end of the beach. It was only a short walk to the beach front restaurants.
